How to get to Hanton City in Smithfield (motel, suites)

I wanted to check out the lost city called Hanton City in Smithfield, RI. Does anybody know the exact directions on how to get there?

I've never been there but these directions sound pretty good.

Hanton City - Ghost Town

*The landmarks are gone though the general directions will get you to the area. After the second light, which should be Washington Highway, just ahead on the left you'll see a motel (???? Suites). The road that you want is just opposite. A Panoramio photo identifies it as DeCotis Farm Rd. Find that area on Google Maps; they still label Lydia Ann and Hanton City Rds.

The trail begins on a paved rd that quickly turns into dirt. I'm going this weekend I'll post some pics if there's any requests.
