this is good news and I am not surprised that the value of scrap has gone down. And, unfortunately, it is good news for Massport for we do not having any shipping lines servicng Providence. Also, all air freight goes thru Logan because of the short runways at T.F. Green and the runway at Quonset, 11,000 ft, has not been upgraded to handle scheduled service.
