Yeah, that's what I was thinking too. Little Italy exists only for tourists who don't know better, these days. I understand Arthur Ave in the Bronx is more the real deal.
But then the same could be said for Federal Hill - how many Italians actually live there, anymore? In general, you'll find a high concentration of Italians anywhere in RI, but not so much small villages of Italians anymore. Most of that immigration happened in the beginning of the last century so assimilation has occurred, along with movement to the suburbs.
