Because I'm tired of smelling urine when I walk past the "Superman Building? And because I think Providence can do so much better. One place to start might, you know, be moving this dumpster, which is a perfect shield for small-time drug transactions?

Whatever happened to that plan Tavares was talking about? Not that I think it's all that, but at least it's a plan. Any updates?
