Will be working in Woonsocket and deciding between living in MA or RI. In RI I'm looking at Lincoln, Smithfield and on down to east greenwich while I'm exploring the areas around Franklin, wrentham, norfolk on up to hopkinton. All of these areas have good schools but on an overal niceness and attractive factor of the area how would say lincoln compare to what you would find in MA?

Any other pros and cons of RI vs MA?
You're considering a group of fine suburban northern RI and MA communities. One not appreciably different from the other (residents may disagree). As you work your way down to East Greenwich the towns may develop more individual character with distinct personalities and interesting village centers. Check the public schools closely. Not every town considered necessarily has excellent public schools compared to RI gold standard East Greenwich and Barrington.
