Fictional demands for port, Narragansett Bay and Providence River cannot be
dredged for international heavy port industrial capability.
3) Harrop. Personable but not enough freebies for Providence residents.
Has no chance because majority voter doesn't care about financial condition of city.
It's not unexpected that people will see things differently. I thought Cianci looked old, perhaps one might say "feeble," and he was on the defensive most of the night. He was hammered on his felonious past. I think Harrop got the line of the night:
