I second Hollytree's recommendation of looking in the Fairlawn section of Pawtucket as well. I live near it and often walk my dog through the streets. Anywhere south of Mineral Spring Ave to Edgeworth Ave. is certainly worth a look.
el Greco, how about this one bedroom cottage in East Providence for $775? After utilities, it will cost more than $800 monthly of course, but it might be worth it.

If you look at the very top just over the shed, you see what looks like another bridge passing over whatever is in front. Definitely looks like a highway type barrier there. 10 minutes to major routes is vague. Did they mean 95, 195 or both? How can it be 10 minutes to both routes? What I found suspect at first was that the location was omitted (usually a red flag), then I saw what looked like highway ramps behind it. Either way, I'd be curious to know where that is (if the OP ever checks it out).

The location was Riverside. I didn't think 195 went through Riverside.
