If you are so interested, so riddled with curiosity in solving the "Great Rhode Island City Data Puzzle of 2014," why not e-mail the owner and ask? I mean, for information, go to the source.
There are several exits just as you go over the Washington Bridge. >> Warren Av., So Broadway, Vets Parkway, Riverside, Pawtucket Av., and so forth.
Yes, but the Riverside exit leads to Riverside via the parkway; 195 is not in Riverside. Much the same as when I get on Rte 295 in Warwick, it says "Woonsocket", but I'm not really in Woonsocket at that moment.
According to Casey and Google, the house is off Bullocks Point Ave; I wasn't aware we were calling that a highway nowadays. It does not abut 195, not even close. As I said before, 195 is to the north of Riverside. If you've ever ridden the EP bike path, this house is near the DariBee ice cream shop on the bike path, on the other side of Bullocks Point Avenue.

That's Bullocks Point Avenue there. 103 is one of those routes that travel over several roads, like Warren Ave to Pawtucket Ave to Bullocks Point Ave. I've never heard people use anything but the street names.
I could definitely be wrong, but I suspect it's like Rte 33 in West Warwick - something that only exists in the mind of some mapmaker and not on the tongues of any local residents! In any case, it's not a highway, just a road.
All of this drivel does not help the OP one iota. If anything, he is more confused than ever.
Aren't we here to help posters? not argue about maps, and whether locals call roads by name, or by Route numbers.
Surely he is able to dial a phone and get directions to the house IF he is even interested. I'd rather hear from, or talk to, the original poster and learn if they have been successful in looking for a decent place to live on their budget.

I think sandsonik threw it out there as a suggestion and considering his price range, it may be worth looking at depending on how busy the nearby roads are. Yes, we all got a bit sidetracked.
