They sound like empty nesters, those one-bedrooms might be fine.
Maybe so, but the post you said was "an outright lie" was responding to the original post that said to expect $1,300 for a two bedroom.

Most of the negative reviews there seem pretty suspect, you will have those with any complex. I would not hesitate to live there if I was looking for an apartment in that area.[/url]
I agree; the reviews are mixed and some people would be unhappy anywhere. The one consistent "complaint" was that it was expensive for what you get, but if they're managing to lease units, they're not overpriced for the market.
North Smithfield borders Woonsocket, not sure about rental properties but it is a nice town. Course the CVs is in Cumberland for all practical purposes. I would think you could get a nice mill converted to condo in Woonsocket for a decent price. Downtown Woonsocket has Chans too, a great place to see live jazz and blues music. River Falls restaurant is expanding too. I think that overall much of Woonsocket is safe.
Hi,

Cumberland is a popular place to live for people who work in Woonsocket. Very nice, very safe, very close. Lots of rentals there if that's what you're looking for.
