I know Rhode Island has a large Hispanic/Latino population about 14%, mostly made up of Dominicans and Puerto Ricans, both to my knowledge largely in Providence. In fact, Rhode Island's Dominican population is one of the largest (percentage wise). Many Dominicans and Ricans having ties to the Boston, Connecticut, and NYC areas. Rhode Island also has significant numbers of Guatemalans.
What neighborhoods in Providence have a notable Hispanic presence?
Also, besides these cities, what other cities have sizable Hispanic populations?

Central Falls has very large Hispanic/Latino numbers. They make up 69% of the city's total population. It has a large concentration of Guatemalans, Dominicans, Mexicans, and Colombians. The present mayor (James Diossa) of CF is the son of Colombian immigrants.
FYI: the current mayor (Jorge Elorza) of Providence is the son of Guatemalan immigrants. He succeeded a man (Angel Taveras) that was the son of Domincan immigrants.

In Providence, all of the following have Latino populations >= 30%:
Elmwood, Hartford, Lower South Providence, Olneyville, Silver Lake, Smith Hill, South Elmwood, Upper South Providence, Valley, Washington Park, West End.
many of the middle class Latinos or second generation have started moving into Cranston (upper Edgewood, Auburn and areas off Park Ave east of Pontiac Ave). Some have also begun moving into Johnston and North Providence. In all these cities and Providence they have begun owning their own homes and condos. They are beginning to disperse themselves within other communities.
Half of the state's Hispanic/Latino population is in Rhode Island's main city Providence, mainly in the southern, western, and northern sections of the city (West End, Elmhurst, South providence). And Dominicans are the largest Hispanic group in the state. But there is also a large Puerto Rican population, and much smaller numbers of other Central and South american groups.
Where Dominicans dominate with smaller numbers of Puerto Ricans and Mexicans/Central Americans... -Providence (40%), Cranston (15%), and East Providence (10%). Basically the southern half of Providence County including Providence itself.
Where Puerto Ricans dominate with smaller numbers of Dominicans and Central Americans... -Central Falls (65%), Pawtucket (30%), Woonsocket (20%), North Providence (10%). Basically the northern half of Providence County northward towards Boston.

I can only speak about Providence. In the 90s, Providence was said to have the largest dominican population outside the DR itself. I'm not sure that's still true. But, they still have the largest concentration and the most political power in the Elmwood. And increasingly in the West End, Southside, Olneyville and even the North End. In Olneyville dominicans join central americans as a growing influence. Virtually everywhere in the city, except perhaps the East Side & Elmhurst. The Latino contribution the the city's vitality can't be underestimated.

Basically mainly the southwest/west parts of Providence. Providence being about 45% Hispanic, Dominicans making up 2/3rds of that. Dominicans and Puerto Ricans are also spreading into Cranston, the city is about 7% Hispanic now, especially the eastern part near Providence. Everyone knows about small little Central Falls, very Hispanic, mainly Central Americans Guatemalan Salvadoran but also Ricans Dominicans and Mexicans. Newport has a small mixed Hispanic community and Woonsocket has a decent Puerto Rican population.
