I disagree that anything racist was implied. Regardless, the truth is the neighborhood is crime-ridden and not very safe. If people unfamiliar with it want to visit, that is their choice, but they should be given an accurate portrayal of it to thoroughly assess said choice.

The unidentified hockey player who was assaulted was attacked by "two females" according to every report I can find. Is female a race now, and does female on female violence count as "racial tension"? Or are you assuming something that hasn't been reported?
I believe the recent incidents in the PC area involved black kids targeting PC students. White PC students.
