Then you an expect a rejoinder from me whenever you offer me unsolicited advice. (More like nagging/bossiness). Every. Single. Time. Is that the board you want?
Or you could try respecting people instead of treating them as ignorant children who need to be schooled by you. It's very irritating.
I don't expect anything from you, sandsonik.

Look, if sandsonik wants to browse houses on the internet or in person, it isn't our business. She lives in the area and knows all about the safety of certain neighborhoods.
I'd be more concerned with new residents to the state getting the correct information about neighborhood safety.

Yes. And, who would not be concerned about neighborhood safety?? Safety can be seen within several different prisms . Urban safety shouldn’t be interpreted with rural & suburban eyes.
^I'm wondering if the "listing removed" was the price it actually sold at, and the "sold" was the asking price (selling for $10K under asking). Sometimes these 3rd party MLS sites can "lag", so to say.

I dunno. I'm just having difficulty understanding why the "listing removed" happened on the same day that it was posted on here as a "very recent sale" - when it appears that the sale was actually over 4 months ago.
Maybe there's a perfectly reasonable explanation for this...
For anyone touching down here for the first time, please take the real estate wonderings of our two Krime Kinksters with the biggest grain of salt. They apparently know as little about real estate as they do the about the neighborhoods of Providence. Crime creeping better serves what exists of their talents - the art of cut & pasting crime scene reports from local tv.
Their ramblings interpret real estate disparities out of ignorance. Like being in 15 feet of water & unable to swim. In this (or any) market, houses are sometimes sold before the listing hits realtor.com. By regulation all must still be listed regardless. Removal & relisting & removal again isn't uncommon in a fast moving market. But, on occasion, sloppy listing occurs by agent inexperience.
Regardless of the baseless insinuations here by these Ace Crime Reporters, I am long retired with no current connection, of any kind, with the current real estate market other than owning one RI house. But, it obviously remains a keen interest of mine here. I live in Rhode Island & gladly communicate with current agents often. Consequently, the currency of my postings here.
Also, I have lived in & happen to have many friends who live happily in some of the neighborhoods routinely trashed here. Forgive me if the malicious ignorance shown by the 2 Krime Kinksters finds me a little touchy.
Debate them here? As the old adage goes: "Never wrestle with pigs. You both get dirty & the pigs like it".
