Sorry, disagree. That might have been the case 20 years ago, but the markets have largely merged. Cumberland, Shmumberland, Franklin, Shmanklin. It's all the same today.

Is it because the "rranger" poster seems to dive into conversations & quickly exit that you accuse Sandy of being involved in duplicity? You & that Mass/Maine fellow obviously identify yourselves as not Rhode Islanders. But, apparently are constantly interested in issues involving Rhode Island. It may be curious, but it's clear.
