Their closure is undisputed. You referred to it as a loss. That's disputable. When someone fights the good fight but just can't make it - I'd say that's a loss we all feel.
I'm not gonna say much more on this, some places go under due to their own actions or lack of them.

A loss of an establishment is a loss of an establishment. They once had the best fried chicken in Rhode Island, sorry to hear their quality went downhill in recent years. That happens sometimes with places, unfortunately. Regardless, it was a gap to be filled and I am trying to cast a positive light on the latest additions. What part of this do you have an issue with?

It's a loss that factory farmed chickens aren't going to feel. And I'm guessing society will manage to struggle on.
