As redplum said, this abysmal performance by RI's inner city schools are nothing new or not seen prior to "lock downs". Likewise, Barrington seems to be doing just fine before and after. What point are you trying to prove here? Who is talking about a "lock down", and what solutions are you throwing out there?

Central Falls math scores were so horrific that they didn't even publish them. CF, Providence, Pawtucket, Woonsocket, Newport...an absolute travesty.
