Hi - I am a disabled person, via a TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury). I am currently living in Roanoke, which does not have much to offer disabled folk.

I have been looking at Richmond, with an eye toward moving there in the next couple of months. But I am having trouble finding out if there are support systems for TBI's, and if they offer anything like Rent Assisstance to disabled people.

In return, I have been active in TBI support groups, having led the group in Honolulu, HI for 10 years or so.

Does anyone think it is a nice community to move to? I would welcome any and all feedback that would be helpful.

Thanks for your input.
