I have a friend who's getting married. She's recently come across a photographer from the area that costs $4,000. We both think that's a lot of money. Does anyone know any good photographers that are more affordable and are in the area here in Richmond, VA?

Amanda Dorian Photography is really good, and affordable.
For under $1k you get all the images on a disk, and she'll be there for up to 8 hours. She's from just North of Richmond.

I would try calling VCU's School of Art...they always have tons of photography students who do weddings....many are in the Masters of Fine Arts program so they are amazing photographers.

Rudsen Eagle of eagle Eye photography is the best in Richmond. If you want great pictures of your day then why go cheap? Plus you know how richmond is, the best or nothing at all.
