I am a SBF age 41. I looking for a change. I am considering relocating to the richmond area. I am looking for a decent living, a diverse and safe living area. I am not stuck on the color of the skin, just what we have in common as humans trying to live in peace and harmony. I would love to live in an are that is growing and developing.
Can any help with the best areas to live in and the job market for a middled aged female with a degree in Workforce Education and Development?
