Should be fine. That's one of those areas that no one ever really goes through because it's a couple of dead ends up on the hill there. I'll drive by today and let you know what I think.

Drove up there yesterday. It is a pretty typical Roanoke neighborhood... sort of a mixed bag. But it seemed quiet, and there was at least one really nice looking house for sale up there. It's proximity to the highway might make for some noise, but here are the positives... an outstanding panoramic view of Mill Mountain, close access to a great area of SW (Highland Park area), and really convenient to downtown. I saw a sorta shifty-looking guy and girl on/near a porch of one of the houses on the street, but that doesn't really mean anything here. People tend to mind their own business and generally respect each other.
