It is a strange name for a magazine! Can anyone imagine the tourism impact for this region if the Roanoke
Valley Visitors Bureau actually had an advertising budget?

Yes it is. It is in the same vein as Architectural Digest, Cigar Afiacianado, and Robb Report. I thought it was weird. Then I thumbed through the magazine, and it's a high society journal with a bunch of recipes and nice articles.

I saw there 1st issue when on a trip to Charleston. Have subscribed ever since. Now it is very "in" in NYC media talk. "Virginia Living" does similar stuff though not as well but just covers Virginia which is a big plus to me. Virginia Living

The magazine is incredible! It's like "Southern Living" but done right! I read one issue & have been a subscriber ever since.
