If Tech is interested in developing new "alternative transportation" options why doesn't it build some sort of
innovative elevated rail to move people? Parking has always been a nightmare in Blacksburg and the town is
easy to navigate. Morgantown has had a monorail for several decades.

LU might be a good fit for a people mover also.

As long as the Vick brothers or their ilk do not molest children then anything goes at VT on the football field.
Its almost an accepted football tradition that winning is everything, it brings recognition to Tech(i'm wondering
what type of recognition!). In the middle of a rural area of VA VT has gotten on the map, unfortunately the
excellent engineering school, the new performing arts center, corporate research park & new medical center in Roanoke will never get the recognition they deserve from the public. VT is now at its pinnacle and maybe it is time for the football fans to take a back seat and let some of the other areas start to thrive. NOT!
