We recently moved here from Texas and noticed quite a few Dallas Cowboys fans. We are hoping to catch as many of their games as possible this fall but don't know if we'll need some sort of special subscription package. If so, can anyone tell us (1) the number of Dallas games they typically broadcast here, and (2) any other way for us to gain access to the Dallas games? We subscribe to Cox and it isn't looking very good so far.

Thank you.

My thoughts exactly!

OP, you'll probably need DirecTV and the Sunday Ticket package to watch your team. You're probably only guaranteed to see them on a regular broadcast when they're playng the Redskins.

Thank you, CapsChick. We may consider that in the future. Maybe it's time to pick a new team.

Yeah I think Direct TV is the place to go if you want en all. But the Cowboys will be on more than you think as they are a popular team

Here's what WE do (for the TEXANS not the Cowboys - shame on you)

We added NFL Red Zone channel to our Cox cable - not expensive - they cover all the Sunday afternoon games simultaneously and try to make sure every play is covered once a team gets inside the twenty - dear wife actually likes it better than watching conventionally - and no commercial breaks!

The other option is to go to Buffalo Wild Wings or some such place when it's a can't miss game that is not televised!!

I 2nd NFL red zone (we get it through Shentel Cable). Red zone is great if you partake in Fantasy Football leagues too.

But the main reason we get it is to watch the Packers
You won't see the whole game, but you'll catch all the highlights and see your team every time they are in the red zone.

Dallas should do well this year.

Thanks, Y'all. Unfortunately, we're old school. We like to watch the entire game. I appreciate the feedback.
