Are others getting a lot of political phone calls? I've gotten one every evening this week at dinner time. I see the caller ID and don't answer - it's an unknown toll-free number.

Also last night, I had a door-to-door solicitor doing campaigning!

I'm glad the election is SOON!

We've gotten a call from each campaign but those were actual human volunteers calling from local numbers. I don't mind those calls at all. Are you talking about those robo-calls? We haven't had a single robo-call and I'm wondering if its because I put our phone numbers in the FTC's national do not call registry:

Yep, I did the do not call list. I think political calls and non-profits are exempt or something like that.

I think I've gotten both volunteers and recordings. I've stopped answering, so I'm only hearing what they leave on the machine.

We don't have a home phone, so we've managed to escape those calls, but we've gotten the door to door people and the amount of mail we get from both campaigns each day is ridiculous. So much waste. I can't wait until Tuesday!

OHMYGOSH, I am so sick to death of this election season! I get about 3 calls a day! This morning Stevie Wonder woke me up singing "I just called to say, I love you - and hey, I love Barack Obama too!" Rudy Guilliani, Andy Griffith, and Hillary herself have also called. I am beyond done with this thing - I don't even plan to watch a single bit of election coverage. I will go vote and then go home and watch some Netflix movies - at this point we are going to hell in a handbasket and majority of people into this election have just drunk too much of the koolaid
