Does anyone else hear it going for a few minutes regularly? I don't know if it's at this same time daily, but this eve it was blasting at 7pm sharp. Does anyone know what it is?

It comes from west of Mt Hope Cemetery, perhaps a bit north of directly west.

Thanks!

Maybe it's the crow repelling horns? Are they still doing that?

No, definitely not crow related. I'd been hearing it well before the crow initiative, pretty well since I'd moved here a few years ago. And, the crow path and roosting runs from Highland/cemetery directly north to downtown. The horn is coming from well west of the cemetery, at least a few miles. I'll try to pay attention at 7pm the next few nights to see if it's that regular.

It's not a train horn either. Train horns don't change their pitch. The horn I'm hearing has a cycling pitch the way air raid sirens have.
