Moving to Lyons... Water? (new house, utilities, water bill)

This is really just a last resort before I start calling everything listed under the city of lyons online -
I just bought a house in Lyons, and have managed to switch over everything except the water utility into my name. The water department phone number listed online for Lyons is disconnected, and the elec/gas company had no idea whom I contact.
Does anyone know who is actually handling the water billing for Lyons, NY?

Have you asked your realtor or the seller's realtor? That's who told me about all of the different utilities in my new house.
