Ask the bank you're getting your loan from. It's in your documents. They have to tell you front in writing what it is. It will include your escrow as well.
There's no way anybody here can tell you that. Depends on your interest rate, loan type, property taxes etc. That's something you need to talk to a mortgage broker about...and probably a really good idea if you have any family or friends who work in the financial/legal sector to help you out with this.
Thank you for the information. What I am trying to figure out is what would be the payment on a house going for 230, 000 in Spencerport.
You need to ask your lender. They are required by federal law to disclose it to you. You can also email or call them. My lender gave me several different scenarios just by my asking. He told me how to figure out what the difference would be on different properties for the same price, but with different taxes. There's a lot that goes into figuring out how much your monthly payment would be. No one except for your bank can answer that because we don't have the info.
You're right... I really just wanted the bank to make a big profit on you, but you were too clever. Your total payment will be $545 per month including property taxes.
