Which cell phone carrier works well in Pittsford? Cannot be Verizon because my phone doesn't work with Verizon, but can be any other carrier that uses SIM cards. Is AT&T or Spring good?

Any of the major carriers should be good in Rochester and immediate suburbs.

I currently have T Mobile. Anyone using them around Roc and surrounding suburbs? How's the reception?

Yeah they'll pretty much all work fine. The only carrier I've had a poor experience with was Virgin Mobile, which couldn't even pick up a signal at my own house which was in the city, but this was back in 2007 anyway.

It's not always the carrier. The phone has some to do with it. My AT&T iPhone works fine everywhere from ROC to Cuse and everywhere in between there and Ithaca. Works in Canada, too.
