While things aren't perfect all over Rochester, quite a few neighborhoods are heating up. It's great to see.

Yet somehow we still have people who haven't stepped foot in the city in years telling us how bad it is here. NOTA has a lot going on right now, exciting to see how everything ends up.

The turnaround in the NOTA neighborhood is amazing. It's hard to believe that some of the buildings in that neighborhood suc as the flat-iron building, which is one of the most beautiful buildings was virtually abandoned a decade ago and some were talking about tearing it down.

That end of Atlantic looked run-down, right into '07 or so. Good to see there's some stuff happening, along there.

The Gleason lot hasn't been used in over 25, maybe 30, years, and really is an eyesore. Three Heads makes some tasty stuff, I guess they want to plug their brewery in there, along with a road house type venue. Across from there, and across from The Barrel, are some old run-down buildings. The owner recently kicked out a few of the tenants, I understand the buildings were condemned, and the land is contaminated, but there's some interest in it, amongst a few developers.
