Actually, it is up 3300 since 2010. Erie county also has gained since 2010, but both counties have shrunk the past two years.

Onondaga County is similar in that it went from growth from 2010 to 2015 to a sharp decline between 2015 and 2016. So, I'm curious as to what has happened around 2015/2016 for the declines in population.
