People on drugs and commuting crime are making it difficult to be a cop. Everyone criticizes the police, but what about those that put themselves directly in police view and then complain when they get caught? When are the citizens going to clean up their act?
FREE schooling is provided K-12 and 2 years of college. Go to school, get a job, and get away from the urban areas. Also, stop listening to the media and politicians that encourages unrest.

What does all of that have to do with this incident and do you know anything about his background?
It is likely that mental illness is also an aspect. With that said, it looks like he needed help, but not in that way(more likely CPEP). We also have to be honest about how some incidents are handled and speaking out against it doesn't necessarily mean that one is anti-police. I say this as a person with a brother that is a veteran, 18 year police officer in an urban agency in VA, by the way.

I see he was thrown off of an eastbound Lake Shore Limited train the day before the incident, had drugs in his system, etc.
What the cops did was wrong, however now Rochester gets more "cultural enrichment" from the BLM and ANTIFA terrorists. They're tearing though downtown as I type.

This is yet another example of a person not doing himself any favors, and further hampered because his family apparently did very little to help him, either. But now all the "righteous disciples of protest" are going to tear down the city, in some sort of self proclaimed "get even". It's absolute insanity............

and furthermore, harming areas of Rochester that can least afford to be harmed.
