How many Rochester police officers will follow, I wonder? It's unfortunate that the destructive BLM rioters got what they demanded. This ain't over. Too many city residents continue to vote for a mayor who openly hates cops, white people and law and order.

I wouldn’t go that far, as many of the protests involve a diverse range of protesters and the police chief is black remember. In fact, much of the destruction that that has occurred at riots hasn’t even come from black people. So, people need to rightly divide between who is causing destruction, how frequently destruction has occurred(an article has come out that 93% of protests have been peaceful: https://www.google.com/amp/s/time.co...ts/%3famp=true ) and what has been going on isn’t new. So, this has been going on for a long time in terms of law enforcement or those that act in proxy as law enforcement. It is just that things are on camera now and to think of the ones not covered. While you have some that use the protests for other motives, most really just want better policing and/or to see alternatives to handling certain situations.

I think the officers on the street needs to walk too.
