As a child I lived in the Kodak Park area and it USED TO be nice... my whole family has moved out- the last one out was in the mid 90s... I had to drive through there at night about two years ago to deliver a woman I know a package- I didn't expect to be there that late and her husband wouldn't let me walk to or from my car by myself for fear I would be harmed... Stay away from Kodak Park- especially heading back towards the city- it is not safe anymore- and that breaks my heart to say. There are shootings and prostitution in that area now- along with many other crimes... I have a relative who is a cop and he is always saying my family got out of that neighborhood at the best time... it is not safe.

oops....missed Titus on that list. Kind of a busy street to live on IMO, but that general area of Irondequoit, and esp. north of there is a fine place to live.
