I like Bank of America the best. Free checking and they do the keep the change options. Most debits and credits show up instantly online as pending payments. Makes for easy banking, plus they are just about everywhere on the east coast.

I'm partial to ESL Credit Union, they are very easy to deal with.

ESL helped me with a car, lowered my payments on the same car a year later, gave me a student loan, and helped me mortgage two houses.

Easy and fair to deal with.
