I'm shopping for mortgages right now and have been in touch with two brokers in Rochester, as well as a loan consultant from a national bank who is located in North Carolina. Is there a local bank and any specific loan officer that you would recommend working with as well? I was thinking it would be good to contact at least one more person in our search for the right financing. We will be moving from out of town. Besides the cost of financing, ease of working with the loan officer is of utmost importance. Thanks!
Cool, I will see what they have to offer. I am disappointed that one of the mortgage brokers our Realtor recommended didn't bother to get back to me with anything after she and I talked on the phone and exchanged emails. Lame... Oh well, better to know now what the service would be like than to find out later in the middle of a deal!
I dealt with a realtor (Molly Nolan)at Hunt Real Estate and she in turn referred me to her in house guy. I can't remember his name but i'm sure he could help. If I didn't have my mortgage locked in previously I would have definitely dealt with him.We spoke a few times and he was willing to help even if I didn't use his service----that I liked!!!
