Interesting. I had heard a number of news reports about how the bubble in other areas has affected the regions upstate. One said because there was a lack of jobs in other areas that people were less likely to leave upstate NY. Others had said because of the same bubble that we did not participate in, people we more likely to invest here because we did not have as much of an economic downturn.
Rochester really has not lost very many people in the last ten years, which in itself is good, I wonder how the economy has had a more positive affect on this?
