St. John Fisher College officials won't make a decision on whether or not to start a new law school until the fall, but school President Donald Bain's support for the idea was clear during a forum on the topic Wednesday.

This would be an amazing accomplishment for Rochester. Even a lot smaller cities like Syracuse have a law school. Keeping local talent would be such a positive for our community. If SJF took over the old sibley building that would also be a huge plus for the city. The beautiful old building would be used again and most likely have a huge face lift to it.
