You should probably find out what type of swing set it is before you assume that it cost alot of money. Some of those sets can be deceiving and if it isn't one of the "Rainbow Playsets" or something similar, you can probably buy one at Wal-Mart or Lowes for $500.
I guess after you realy know how much it was, you need to decide if it is really worth losing a house over?
Obviously there is a principal involved of course, no, it isn't right that they took something that was suppose to convey with the property, but in the end, if you really like the house, is it worth it?
