How good is this area in the crime factor. I've been generally hearing it's ok. And how bad is mills station?

Did you check out the crime Tracker?

SW Rancho makes me think it's the older part of Rancho? If that's so - as compared to other areas in Sac Valley, I would think the crime rate higher

The houses look the same as any other rancho house and it even has some new house area

Lots of drug traffic and hookers in that area. Also the found a woman's body in someone's back yard Jan 1st 2011. Crap load of panhandlers now. I can't event shop at Raley's or Safeway anymore.
