I am looking for a property management company that can assist me in locating a rental home in the Sacramento suburbs.

I need a minimum of 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and prefer more than a 2 car garage. I may consider a 3 bedroom place with a loft or den. I have large furniture so healthy sq/ft is a must (for instance a 10' x 10' sectional...needs a big family room). I am looking to move in on June 1 and would consider either a 12 or 24 month lease. I have 2 small dogs, a chihuahua and a sheltie.

I am considering the following areas; Rocklin / Roseville (and nearby areas) and Elk Grove. Primarily due to their schools. I have a son who will be a senior next year.

I have been searching Craig's List often, but figure there are bound to be some great options not advertised there. My timetable just shortened and now I am in panic mode .

If you have a home that matches my needs, are a property manager who can help in my search, or know of a good realtor/property manager I would sincerely appreciate hearing from you.

Please private message me so your posts are not flagged.

Thanks!
Craig

Homepointe.com covers all those three areas.

RealtyRoundUp.com focuses mainly in Elk Grove.
