Do you think the annex of south Folsom will affect the current home prices in the future?

I don't want to buy one and the price will drop another 10-20% after south Folsom open up for more new houses.

It seems the population is getting crowded too.

I know 10 years ago the house price in Folsom, Roseville, and Elk Grove are all the same.

Thanks ahead for your input.

There won't be a massive building wave in the arena for another 10 years at least.

I think the expansion south of Rt 50, for Folsom, Sac County and Rancho Cordova, won't get underway for many years.

One of the things I think has been overestimated is the projected population growth in metro Sacramento. I don't see the big demand that places like Folsom are anticipating.

I would imagine growth would also be slowed because of the water permits that are required for new homes. They can only pump Folsom lake so much and I think during the boom they were building faster than the Lake could provide.
