Some redneck in my brother in law neighborhood probably hit my dog and keep it there for 2 days. 2 cuts about 1.5" around her right neck, another .5" on her back. Been looking for her in the last 2 days. She just came back home about an hour ago all exhausted. Just clean her up and the wound seem to be about to dry so looking for a Vet in the Elk Grove area.

I don't have any pets but my friend's family owns Franklin Ranch in EG.
Not sure what you mean by West EG though.
