In Sacramento, we always get a taste, a dose, of the coming season, in this case summer.

The last 5 days minus yesterday and today gave us a precursor to ready your A/C's and whole house fans.

It reached the high 80's and to 90F in the last five days, we never had to use the A/C.

Inside of 2 different houses we never got above 72F inside. When it reach 72F in one house, turned on the whole house fan dropped temp average of 4-6 degrees.

One morning it was 71F in the house, turned whole house fan on, it dropped to 64F after one hour of use. It's still Spring and you can't do this in Vegas and Phoenix.

On the news yesterday, Weatherman Mark Finan said that at this time today (between 6:30pm and 7pm) it is 14 degrees cooler than the day before when it reached 90F. My mother-in-law who watches the news a lot, :-)
