My wife and I made an arrangement where one day a month where we can do anything we want alone and have to be back by 5pm.

My day is this this Friday. I really can't come up with much (or anything), so this is where I would like your input! So far, I have in mind:

Coffee shop (open to suggestions)

Breakfast (?)

Crocker museum (I've never been there)

?

Lunch (?)

?

Maybe time for one more activity before heading home to EG. I thought about a movie, but I can't sit on my butt for 2 hours.

I'll be using a car to get around (no bicycle).

Thanks!

Drive to San Franciso where there is actually a lot of cool stuff to do.

Or sleep and watch TV in Sacramento.

Well, I came down with a bad cold on Thursday morning! I'm going to try this again in September.

My suggestion is to renegotiate this arrangement and not be so prescriptive. It smacks of being controlling.

On the other hand, anything? Really?
