Any idea why it's in Granite Bay? I mean, it's a beautiful location and all, but seems like there are a lot of beautiful locations closer to places more relevant to the Eddie than that.

He lived in that gated subdivision called Los Lagos. It wasn't gated veyr well, pretty low gates around the perimeter.

Neighbors had issues with his parting (years back) so my husband refused to give him an estimate on remodeling his home after we showed up. We were afraid he wouldn't pay.

It's not that beautiful, it's too close to the ugly city of Roseville. And just the city in general

This could be the start of a new thread calling "you might be from Granite Bay if..."

You might live in Granite Bay if...you look down on a particular subdivision because, it has perimeter fencing, but, well, it's just not very high.
