1707 35th St, Sacramento, CA 95816 is Recently Sold | Zillow



The Zestimate is nearly 150k off. It's practically worthless.

Just take a look at some Zillow "zestimates" in older neighborhoods then look at the sale price. Huge difference.
Ok, good to know, But that still doesn't answer the question:

For those of us who are NOT quite ready for a realtor, Other than Zillow what is a better source besides a realtor?

If it's that bad then I doubt it's any good in any other city...

It generally isn't good, its just better in some cities.

Zillow is a great way to kill time when you don't have anything better to do. I like the view stats it provides of homes on the market. I have one on the market now and find the view stats more informative than anything else.

I have not only "the good" life, I have wonderful life, right here in Sacramento, and I don't have pay "millions" for it.
