One of the great things about living in the Folsom is the abundance of free summer outdoor concerts. Rock, blues, country, jazz, even 80's disco will be played in 3 locations every week beginning Saturday. Family-friendly, pleasant crowds, great music, and best of all, they're free! Come on down and enjoy great music and hang out with family and make new friends. Here's your comprehensive guide to take you from May through September. Share with a friend, or two.

Palladio has free concerts on the plaza every Wednesday, 7pm to 9pm from June 3 to August 26, but they are kicking off the season with a special concert on Saturday May 30, featuring 'Super Huey', the Huey Lewis and the News tribute band, and will close out the season Saturday September 12 with the Spazmatics.

Lawn chairs and blankets allowed, ice chests and alcohol not. The venue is beautiful, featuring a fountain in the center, sculptures and trees. Space is limited though, and sight lines can be blocked, by those features, and dancers. Get there early for to snag a good spot.

Wednesday night concerts at Palladio from 7 to 9

June 10 - Disco Revolution — 70s Disco and R&B

Great times during the summer! As you said caligirlz, the Friday night concerts at CSD are great for kids. They have space to run and play, with 2-3 free inflatables. The ones at the Town Center aren't quite so kid friendly. Both allow you to bring your own food and drink.
