What is important to you? More topography in Auburn,, a bit more upscale. a better possibility of buying acreage if that is what you want. five acres with a pond,, blackberry bushes, fruit trees, and horses is doable if you want it.

Inexpensive golf, good library, possibly an active car club, and a good mom and pop style cafe.

By the way, what is the difference between a senior member and a junior?

Boy,, can't help you. I know nothing of golf. a mom and pop cafe, I like, but I do not know enought to help you.. Truckee,, 6 golf courses and more going in, and the Wagon Train Coffee shop... both my daughters and sometimes my wife work there... Car Club.... Truckee Cannibal Cruise; http://www.truckeeoptimist.com/cannibalcruise.htm

The local sports teams help out,, tis fun.. have no idea beyond that what car clubs may consist of.

Oh,, best to like snow too... Auburn and Folsom,,, rain..
