I have a 1.5 and a 2.5 year old. Can anyone give me any idea of cost for quality day cares in the Sacramento area. Just need general idea for noe. My husband and I are considering relocating to the area.
Thanks

I'm paying about $1600/month for my 2 kids, ages 2 and 5. This is at a licensed daycare/preschool facility (Childtime in Roseville; they have other locations as well).

I'm paying $700/mo for one 18 month old child in in-home daycare. I'm in Rocklin. I called all of the big daycare centers, and can't afford any of them. One place down the street from me is $300 per week per child! Too much! I came back to CA from living in Arizona for several years. The cost of daycare is easily double what it was in AZ. Rip off! Good luck! And by the way, it took me 6 months to find a decent in-home daycare provider. Everyone I called were either booked, or weirdo's with no childcare license. I lucked out and found a nice lady who had 1 opening left. I took it. More people need to start affordable in-home daycare in this area!

For quality about $50 a day for the 1.5 year old and a few bucks less for the 2.5 year old. There may be a discount for two or more children enrolled.

I know all these posted are pretty out dated so I hope someone responds! My name is Bella and I will be having a new born within the next few months are there any good in home day cares around the San Diego area?

I pay $500 a month for a licensed in home family daycare. I called around and did lots of research before choosing and some of the people I interviewed were scary and they charged more! You can find quality daycare at an affordable price in a good area.
