Hi. Im moving from the middle of Oregon down to the Sacramento area. i will be moving around june 14. I am moving down there so i can go to Universal Technical Institute. I believe that is in the North Natomas area. I am trying to find a good apartment around that area. I want to find some where that i dont have to worry about my house or car getting broken into. There will be four of us so i need to find a 2 bedroom apartment. We will be able to afford around 1100 for an apartment if they dont pay for utilties. And if any one knows the average price for utilities for a 1 story apartment about 900 square feet.

Yes, North Natomas would be ideal since that is where your school is located. I pass the institute every day off I-5 and there is plenty of apartment housing in and around that area. The Truxel Road - Natomas Boulevard corridor has a heavy concentration of rentals and you'll be only about a mile or two from school. I would recommend the neighborhoods north of I-80. South Natomas is pretty sketchy and not particulalry safe.

Thanks for the info. I am Going to be taking a trip there in 2 weeks so i wll yake a look at the apartments around that area. thanks for the help and if any one has anything more to add it would be very helpful.
