Ugh, you're right, no bueno. But... For Seattle, almost every one of those days was above average in temps and below average in precipitation, so I guess it's relative. A great month by their standards, but not by ours.

That was his excuse to not build any dams and instead build a choo choo to nowhere.

The fact is that this state has years of drought or flood every three years or so--the El Nin~o Effect.

Wow, no kidding! You were only 58f on that day. They you were 81f today, then back to 69f in a few days and then back to lots of 80s. I'm on the same crazy roller coaster -- it was 64f and damp on Tuesday, 86 today, back to 63 by Sunday, then 86 next week, and cooler rain possible a week from Saturday. Transitional season...

Nice temps for you guys! We've had only mid 60s all weekend. Sun came out though, finally, so it's beautiful and brisk.

The week we finally truly move away from wet and cloudy weather my sports car develops an issue that makes it undriveable. Unbelievable the timing. After paying so much attention to the weather this winter, this week reflects a true departure from the winter weather, more than any previous weeks. Right on time and so interesting when you pay such close attention over the previous months of activity.

The seasonal weather patterns where I live never used to vary that much, but for the last 10 years they have been all over the place, a phenomenon, one of whose symptoms is a lower, weaker jet stream.
